Almost everything on Clarvera is self-serve — you sign up, add a card and start the same day, at any size. Enterprise is not a bigger version of that. It exists for the arrangements that involve acting on another organisation’s behalf, which is a contract question before it is a software one.
When this is you

You operate across other organisations' tenants
A CVO, an MSO or a management company doing the work on behalf of client organisations, with hard walls between them.

You carry delegation oversight
A health plan or delegated entity running pre-delegation evaluation, annual audit and corrective action plans over someone else's credentialing.

You need single sign-on against your own identity provider
SAML against your directory, with your own session and offboarding policy.
When this is not you
If you credential your own providers — at ten, or at two thousand — you do not need this page and you do not need us on a call. The published plan covers it, every AI capability is included in it, and the calculator on the pricing page shows the real total for your roster before you sign up.
